Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

Our stay at Villa Honegg was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Everything was simply perfect. Thanks to my Expedia status, we even received a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special, the pool a 10/10 , the service was impeccable and the restaurant exquisite.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

The check-in was fast, 5 minutes, even though there was a line. The room was very quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable. Being at the airport for an early morning flight was very convenient.

Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, close to the train station, shopping, restaurants. Our room was great, had a small balcony. The hotel is unique and onw of our favorites, will absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Zurich.
