"We had a large group of people staying at Home2 Home and the staff were excellent at working with me to get the right accommodations for each family. They also allowed us to have a motorized scooter and wheelchair dropped off and picked up after our stay to assist family members. We were allowed to store two cakes for our special occasion in their commercial refrigerators overnight, which also was a huge help. The staff were exceptionally friendly, facility, exceptionally clean, and well kept.."

"If I could give this place a -10 I would, I literally drove 10 hours arrive at the hotel & they said they don’t have a reservation for me even after showing them the confirmation email, that it was indeed booked, then all of a sudden she “found” me in the system but told me it was canceled and there wasn’t anything she can do, she was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Very very disrespectful and very very rude"

"I really wanted to love this property, but the sheer number of issues made it impossible. Upon arrival, the house was visibly filthy; the floors were so dirty that I had to put my shoes back on and message the host for a broom. We found dust bunnies in every room, dead bugs in the corners and kitchen light fixtures, and a refrigerator stocked with dirty plasticware and open condiments.The lack of maintenance continued outdoors with knee-high weeds on the patio and bird droppings covering the tables. To top it off, we discovered a leak from the back shower into the basement on our final day. Seeing visible mouse bait traps in the closets and kitchen was the final straw. For the price we paid, the lack of basic upkeep and oversight is completely unacceptable."
