"Cleanliness: The bathrooms were filthy, and the carpets are in very poor condition, with almost no pile left on the surface. There was also a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. - Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were only provided every three days without any prior notice. - Dining: The breakfast selection was repetitive and never changed during my stay. - Service: Most of the front desk staff seemed careless and indifferent regarding the issues I raised."

"I really wanted to love this property, but the sheer number of issues made it impossible. Upon arrival, the house was visibly filthy; the floors were so dirty that I had to put my shoes back on and message the host for a broom. We found dust bunnies in every room, dead bugs in the corners and kitchen light fixtures, and a refrigerator stocked with dirty plasticware and open condiments.The lack of maintenance continued outdoors with knee-high weeds on the patio and bird droppings covering the tables. To top it off, we discovered a leak from the back shower into the basement on our final day. Seeing visible mouse bait traps in the closets and kitchen was the final straw. For the price we paid, the lack of basic upkeep and oversight is completely unacceptable."

"The space was very clean when we arrived. Directions were very clear on how to get in and the host was very generous if we needed help."

"Pros: fenced in back yard, close to activities in Indy, beds were comfortable.Cons: Was told about the garage doors being boarded up a hour before check in, pantry and bathtub were dirty, no ice in house besides some broke/dirty ice treys, screen on screen door was broke, about 1/4 of market lights worked around the fire, deck steps had a broken step, neighborhood wasn’t the best, and foosball table didn’t have a ball.The house was located in a good area to get around to surrounding places but could use some maintenance and cleaning. Really disappointed in the safety related things not being taken care of like the screen door and the steps. "
