Terrible experience! On the website for the double room, it is said two person(including one child). So we booked for our family (one 20mths baby). When we arrived, the owner didn't let us in because his room was not insurance for the child. At 6pm, we were refused to enter the hotel we booked. Also he refused to return our money!!! (Usually I have good impession for English people, but not now). We arrived and were warmly welcomed into All Seasons. The location is excellent, and the pubs around the B and B lovely. Room was very clean and had a view onto the high street.
