Winchester Lake house is surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery. Perfect location for outdoor adventures with the amenities of a comfortable home. Walk to Winchester Lake and state park for fishing, kayaking, paddleboards (rentals available) or walk the trail around the lake. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the wraparound deck with outdoor seating. Roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit then cozy up inside with the fireplace while playing pool and shuffleboard. Outdoorsman paradise!
The space
****NEW FOR 2023**** We added air conditioning and just completed a kitchen update and paint****

We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we do! You will find it well appointed and spacious enough for small gatherings with friends and family. Wake up to complimentary keurig coffee and watch the sunrise on the wraparound deck. Cook breakfast in the kitchen stocked with utensils. Go on an adventure and come back to a comfortable home with wifi, smart TV, DVDs, pool table, shuffleboard, games and more. BBQ on the deck and sit around the outdoor fire pit. When its time for bed, you will find one king size bed and a double bunk bed in the bedroom, there are also two queen sized sleeper sofas in the main room.

The Gem of Winchester

Very fun place to stay. Across the street from the bar and grill and the house is very open with pool table and shuffle board. Just a great place to hang out and relax.

What a great place to stay! We loved all the extra touches in this place, it shows the love and thoughtful care in ownership. Location is great, lovely deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy the sunrises while having coffee. We would love to stay here again when visiting our mom that lives in Lapwai.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for the holidays that allowed enough room to have some family over to visit. The games were plentiful that kept the little ones and not so little ones entertained. There were plenty of linens and toiletries that covered what we had forgotten. Chad and Erika were very responsive as they returned answers quickly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit with hopes of this house being available.

What a fun place to stay! One of the more unique rental experiences we've experienced. We especially loved the pool table and shuffleboard. The location is right across from a restaurant, but unfortunately it wasn't open during our stay. But the adjacent state park more than made up for that! It has great hiking.
