We absolutely loved this place
We can up to celebrate a 50th bday at the Jack Daniels distillery. We had an amazing time the house was perfect and really enjoyed the dock we could jump off to swim. Daniel was a perfect host.

Lovely Staycation
I celebrated my birthday over Labor Day weekend with some friends. The house was more than enough space to host a fun weekend and was just so lovely. There were a lot of spiderwebs in the outdoor areas so beware, and I would highly recommend renting out some boating equipment to make the most out of your stay! The owner was incredibly communicate and very friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Great property
Our stay at the home was amazing. When we opened the door the first thing you see is the amazing view of the lake. The home had a ton of space, a ton of beds and a ton of bathrooms. We enjoyed our time using the paddle boats and is only 15mins away from Tim’s ford marina where we rented a boat to go on the lake. We did so many activities, from hanging on the lake, to going to Winchester ( had some great coffee there ) to going to visit the Jack Daniels distillery . It was a ton of fun. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pizza oven but that will be used during the next time we visit. We all thought this house was amazing and can’t wait to visit again.!

Kitchen was amazing!
We enjoyed our stay and loved cooking in the amazing kitchen. It was still alittle cool outside so didn’t get to enjoy the lake that much but loved the pizza oven. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness was the floors needed to be mopped and rugs vacuumed and outside furniture was so dirty couldn’t sit on them. The view was wonderful and house was large enough for all of us. We would like to visit again!

Fulmer Family Reunion!
The house was very nice, all beds slept well,, a lot of neat gathering areas! The kids just loved the paddle boats and water, swam ,, just enjoyed the amazing view. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings.

The house was awesome!
We had a wonderful stay at the Vrbo. We loved how unique each room was with a different theme. The house was so big and so fun with all the decks and floors. The lake was gorgeous and serene. This house was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Fantastic Easter Weekend
The weather was terrible, but we had a great stay in Winchester! Our sweet Granny was able to join us and we had plenty of room for the family and made some great memories. Thank you to Daniel for being a great host and lending us their home for Easter Weekend!

Lovely house!
The house is gorgeous and perfect for large groups! We had seven adults, and it was great. It was super clean, and the views are lovely. Make sure to bring shampoo, soap, etc as there wasn't any in the showers. Note that one of the queen beds is in a lofted area on the top floor-not in an enclosed bedroom. The master bathroom is stunning! The kitchen is ideal for cooking with a large group. We loved it! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Please note that one of the next door neighbors gets upset easily over any kind of noise and isn't afraid to let you know. Tread lightly with him. Overall, it's an awesome house. We'd love to return for another stay!

Great house for bringing friends or family together!
Perfect space for any season to share time and fun. The multi levels give everyone their own spaces but still bring everyone into one space for food and fun. Highly recommend d and host is attentive to details and super responsive.

Great indoor/outdoor vacation spot
We had 3 families stay here (6 Adults 4 kids) for Labor Day weekend. The house was clean and had everything you would expect (and more) in a vacation rental home. We could tell that the owner really put a lot of time and effort to make the guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. Communication with the owner was great. The outdoor spaces were probably my favorite with the steam shower a close second :). The kids had a great time jumping off the dock, playing ping pong, and board games. Thanks for the memories! We had a great time!!!

Daniel was absolutely amazing with communicating with us leading up to the trip, during and after to make sure we had the absolute best experience possible. His property is beautiful and our family and friends had the best time!! We had accidentally left a few items behind and Daniel and his wife reached out and sent it to us right away! We truly Enjoyed our time at this eclectic Home on Tim’s Ford! The amazing views from each level of the home and chef’s kitchen which included a nugget ice maker, two dish washers and an amazing stove with built in griddle, were the most appealing part of this home.

beautiful home on a great cove on Tim's Ford lake! We spent all day, and maybe too late at night, on the huge patio and cooked at 25 pizzas in the woodfired oven....really cool feature. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and met all of needs. We will definitely try and book again

Very impressive property!
We didn't get out much, and we didn't feel the need to. With tons of space and lots of options to hang out, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Large, relaxing, and stocked with the necessities for a quiet weekend on the lake. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property. We used the paddle boat and fished from the dock all weekend. kids enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball game in the basement area. Noticed a few areas that needed cleaning like upstairs bathroom and outdoor kitchen area. But overall had a good weekend.

Everything a family needs for a relaxing vacay!
Every single recreational option we could have imagined was available. We put some miles on the paddle boat The kitchen is amazing with commercial grade appliances. Cooking for a crowd was a pleasure. Fridge/ freezer space is more than enough for big groups. Waterfront outdoor cantina for grilling, stove top cooking and even a brick oven were like our own private restaurant. Private space in the house for all. We brought our own boat and the dock was great! Boat ramp just around the corner. Tims Ford is a beautiful lake any time of year. Plenty of driveway space. Dan is amazing to communicate with. Almost hate to share this because I want to keep it available for my family!

Lovely Getaway
This was the perfect place to get together with family! There were so many options to enjoy for all ages such as ping pong, a basketball shootout game, board games, books, karaoke, even a craps table and that was just inside! Outside there was the lake, paddle boats, boat rental options, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and so much more! The place feels huge yet very cozy. The kitchen, with its upscale appliances, is every culinary enthusiast’s dream. The master suite, with the soaking tub and steam room shower provide a spa-like atmosphere. This place has it all! Another big “plus” was that the owner was easily accessible and so quick to respond to our inquiries.

Absolutely enjoyed out stay
Just as pictured, beautiful as soon as we pulled up. The kids loved it. We all enjoyed the lake especially the paddle boats. The kids also enjoyed the basement game room where they spent most of their time. The kitchen was set up so nice for cooking big family meals and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the outdoor spaces and the swings outside for some quiet time. Would be nice to come back for the summer! Daniel was very accommodating and awesome communication!

We had the most amazing stay ever! The house is absolutely beautiful and even better than pictures. We had 8 adults and 1 baby with us and we all had more than enough room. The view is gorgeous and it’s a fun area- plenty of things to do within a 45 min drive! The host was very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely be staying again!

The views are amazing FROM EVERYWHERE! The photos do not do justice to how amazing the place is! the whole house was so well equipped and very clean! The fireplace is so cozy and vintage! Loved staying there with my friends and celebrate my 30th. I will come back again!

Great family getaway
This was everything we were expecting for our family getaway together. There was plenty of room to accommodate us all and plenty of private spaces if one wanted that. Everything we needed was right there and the dock and the outdoor kitchen were well used. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The property does have varying levels of elevations and one of our adults had a knee injury prior to arrival. We utilized our vehicle to transport him to the outdoor kitchen area for the evening meal as there is a steep paved driveway to that area. We would definitely consider a repeat stay. Thanks Daniel, you're a super host.

This house has it all. We celebrated my dad’s 90th birthday. My parents and siblings stayed across the lake at Tim’s Ford cabins, so it was just a 5 minute boat ride to them. We brought our boat and 3 kayaks. There was plenty of room to park both trailers in front of garage and 4 cars in front of the house. We hosted 2 dinners at this house and the kitchen is fabulous and has everything you can think of. I loved the ice maker. Lots of room to spread out. The owner was very responsive to all needs. The boys had ping pong tournaments and loved the basketball game in the garage. During the week the lake was like glass and the boys had a great time wakeboarding. We will definitely come back.
