Excellent flat in a great location
Quiet and central location with the bonus of a parking space. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped flat Claire had left milk, buns and maps etc - all very helpful. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs as glimpsed in the photos. It was explained to us that there wasn’t room. All in all a very pleasant stay in Winchester.

Great little apartment
Super close to the high street and all the local attractions. Quiet, even though right in the middle of town. Would have no hesitation in staying there again. Quite a few stairs if you are not very mobile.

Great flat
We have used these flats at The Old Print Works several times. They are brilliant- well located, clean , comfortable and most even have parking. Claire is supportive and great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Winchester is wonderful
The apartment was as advertised. The bed was good, the kitchen was well supplied, Claire was easy to reach and responsive. It was a bit cool as the temperature was preset and was not adjustable, but Claire volunteered to change it. The location was excellent, close to everything and very quiet.

Winchester Staycation
The apartment was in a great location. It is in walking distance of all attractions, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It has all the appliances you could possibly need. There is also an added bonus of a car parking space which was very useful.

My second visit - just as good as the first
This was the second time I've stayed at this apartment and it was just as good as I'd remembered. Very clean and fresh and a perfect size. The location is fantastic - so close to everything Winchester has to offer but tucked away from the main roads. And having a parking space was a real bonus and so useful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Chic flat in Winchester with great location
In Winchester for nine days with a Canadian church choir. So happy I chose this convenient and chic apartment rather than a hotel. It was easy to walk to sites around town including the cathedral and shops. The full kitchen worked when I had a dinner party for five. Although the temps were warm, opening windows and using the fan provided kept me comfortable. Quick responses from owners to all my questions. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Lovely Airy Apartment
Well appointed and equipped flat with high ceilings, lots of light. Tastefully decorated. Very central -- close to High Street, short walk to Winchester Cathedral and train station. Person who manages the property is well-organized and prompt to respond.

Great location, lovely apartment
Great location, just a few steps away from the main centre and shops and restaurants. Brilliant to have onsite parking. Only negatives were that because it is on a pedestrian "rat run" the alley dead opposite is busy with people cutting through to go home. Can be noisy at times. There was alot of noise at the weekend in the early hours from what sounded like a nightclub...as it was soo hot windows were open and made noise levels high..so recommend earplugs...also a fan in the apartment would've been welcome. Apart from the above mentioned the apartment is clean, modern and we'll equipped.

Good location , clean modern flat with adequate space . Just a couple of suggestions , update sp to include 5G , instructions to the hob and a few more coasters . I would recommend the flat and come again .

Great apartment in the center of Winchester. We didn't use the loft, didn't even go up there, but the downstairs was very nice. Finished to a high standard, it had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the pedestrianized Main street, with lots of great restaurants. Well equipped Kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. The parking is a little tight, but a real plus. Highly recommend and would return.

Appartment in central Winchester
The appartment was too hot & stuffy. The 2nd double bed was on a mezzanine floor where there were no windows. I had to sleep with a fan blowing on me all night! Although my stay was during a heatwave this upper sleeping area would always be stuffy because it has no windows. The main bedroom was more comfortable with opening windows - so this would not be a problem for people only requiring the use of one double bed. The owner had attempted to be helpful by supplying fans. The accomodation was lovely & central for sightseeing.

Had a lovely weekend, we love Winchester and the weather was brilliant! The apartment is excellent, comfortable and convenient for the city, and we had a walk to St. Catherine’s Hill without having to drive at all.

We stayed two nights. Everything was great. Owner was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Property is within minutes walk of pedestrian area downtown and the cathedral. Would strongly recommend.
