Nestled just steps from the prestigious golf course and close to all amenities, you'll be just 950m from a supermarket, 600m from a fish and chip shop, and a 4-minute drive from the town center and the beach. This tastefully decorated apartment combines comfort and modernity. It features a welcoming entrance hall, a bright living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, extractor hood, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
