Beautiful 55m² 2-bedroom apartment with a south-facing balcony and sea view.  
  
Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with an elevator, this apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a beautiful living room with access to the balcony, and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a second bedroom with a trundle bed (160x200cm) and a single bed.  
  
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (optional for an additional €80).  
  
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.  
Please note: Bed linens and household linens are not provided (optional rental).  
No Wi-Fi (MiniBox optional).  
  
NOTE: If arriving on a Wednesday/Sunday/Bank Holiday: Keys will be handed over via a secure lockbox, subject to payment of the tourist tax and deposit at least 7 days in advance.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- 1/2 bedroom cleaning: €80.
