The Main House offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious gathering areas, a full kitchen, and a dedicated game room. The detached Guest House provides a separate efficiency-style living space with its own kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, and private enclosed porch.

Together, they create an especially flexible setup for groups traveling together. Families can have their own spaces, couples can enjoy additional privacy, and everyone has plenty of room to gather when it's time to eat, play, and relax.

The Main House

The spacious main house combines clean, comfortable design with Hill Country character. Soft neutral tones, layered textures, and tasteful décor create an inviting atmosphere throughout.

The main living area features a comfortable sofa, two plush accent chairs, ottoman poufs, and a streaming TV. The dining area centers around an extended farmhouse table with seating for six, plus additional bar seating for three.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions

No shooting of any kind is allowed on the property
No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a burn ban in effect.
2 Dogs maximum under 35 pounds each allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog per night.
