Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. For a 2 star property, I have to say I was pleasantly supried, very clean, large rooms and very comfortable beds after spending 14 hours travelling from Boston to Niagara by train. Very close to Outlets and to the Falls on the US side. Such good value would definitely stay again!

While I only stayed one night. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and want to help. It is also extremely close to the maid of the mist and all the fun!
When I arrived, there was a queue of 4 people and the manager rushed out to speed the process up.
The staff also aided me with recommendations for food and the best place to watch the fireworks.
The only two negatives I could pull was that parking was $15 a day, but this was still cheaper than the closest car park. As well...

Me and my wife went up no Niagara Falls for the day and stayed the night just outside, after arriving we were supposed it was a brand new hotel, everything new and for the price nobody has the right to complain.
Reception were helpful, no issues with safety, really enjoyed a good nights sleep on the road.
Other hotels/motels on the same strip are the same price or more expensive but are awful, when we arrived we were glad we booked here
