"Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The only complaint i have is that when we checked in our car was taken by valet, we went inside to check in and we were told that the valet can range anywhere from 30-$70 a night depending on what was going on in the area. We went and put our luggage and came back down and told the valet we didn’t want to use their valet services. He said he would make sure we were not charged for the short time they had our car so we selfed park the rest of the stay. But we were in fact charged by the valet for $30. Called the hotel and he took down my info and no one has ever called me back. Had to reverse the charge with our credit card company."

"The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly laid out. We loved the fresh coffee delivered to our door in the morning in a cute little thermos and the quiet courtyard where we could relax by one of the fire pits. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Perfect weekend getaway! Thank you!"

"Super cute bed and breakfast style inn on campus. It’s located right by Greek row and easy access to the Frisco trail. Our room was cozy and I would describe it as modern cozy cottage. We stayed here for our campus college visit. But I definitely would stay here again for game day or visiting my daughter at school. Ella’s restaurant was the perfect brunch as well."

"Staff was very friendly ( shout out to AJ) and considerate of my physical handicap . Entertainment Sat night was great . Bar and food prices were reasonable .Room was good but drawer space was very limited . Bathroom / shower was clean and adequate for single traveler but might be cramped for family of 4.overall pleased and I’d stay again if 1-2 travelers"

"Great location. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Great shower and comfortable bed. Heads up…if you sty on a Thursday the music from the clubs will sound like it’s right next door and go all night. "

"We had a great stay with Pink Door Properties. They accurately described this rental, communicated well in advance and the accommodations were as expected. The location is 10/10 for the U of A experience. The dedicated parking spot alone was a wonderful value in time while exploring the area. The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were in town for a sports tournament with young kids. The condo provided a lot of space and had everything needed. We did notice a few things that could be improved and suggested those to the property owners. They were responsive and we would look forward to staying here again."

"The walking proximity to the University of Arkansas is fantastic and convenient. The house is clean, but old. Our check-in process was lengthy as the code didn’t work. We had to call the owner twice to get a code that worked. Once inside, the house was 54 degrees and had a musty smell, as it must not have been rented in some time. Once we got the heat on, things improved. For the price, it was fine. I will say there is a lot of traffic noise through the night coming from nearby college street, but not a huge deal. "
