Stay at this beautifully appointed one-bedroom condo located on the ground floor of the Foxtail building in the coveted Aspens neighborhood. This property has everything you need to enjoy your visit under the shadows of Pyramid Peak. Walk into the newly renovated condo and you will find a King bedroom on the left with a full bathroom in the hallway. The galley kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your party. Enjoy your coffee on the patio and listen to the babbling of Lake Creek as it winds around the property. Take in the views of the Teton range right from the living area. The living room and dining area have an open floor plan with a modern feel. This is the perfect property for individuals or couples looking for a mountain getaway. The living room features a queen size convertible sofa. Max occupancy for this unit is three people. \*\*Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. ​​​​​​​ Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Well maintained and stocked. Easy communication with management company. Great neighborhood, we saw moose when we were out walking in the evening. Good location related to town and to Grand Teton National Park. Only 2 cons: 1.) This is a downstairs condo and there was people above us for the whole week. There is no sound barrier between the floors so you hear every step. For the most part it was only a little distracting. There were 2 nights were they were up and moving well after midnight which did disturb our sleep. 2.) The living room furniture is not very comfortable for hanging out/ lounging on. Furniture in every room is functional and comfortable. The property was very well managed with information texted & provided upon arrival explaining every detail of renter responsibilities during the saty and on depature.
