"Breakfast and evening meal were excellent and service was prompt. Close proximity to T2 and the travel exchange. Only a 5 minute walk to T3. Improvement could be around the music as you enter the building (personal preference)."

"Staff were amazing but first of all the numbers and corridors to find your room is beyond ridiculous. Every single person is lost, it’s like a maze, I heard nearly every person asking for directions in all corridors. The room was comfortable but it’s very noisy in the mornings of doors slamming etc. Wouldn’t stay here again"
