Easy parking and great location, but this property is overdue for a refresh. Pillows are in sorry condition. Room shows signs of wear. Outdoor furniture dirty and in need of replacement.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Wilmington-University Ctr by IHG
Breakfast had a variety, which was nice. Room was clean. Location and parking was in a nice safe area. Bathroom could use upgrades but everything worked as it should. We would stay there again if in the area.
