Summary: New hot tub installed as of 10/1/23! Seats up to 6 people! Come relax at this beautiful home in the desirable Chimney Hill community in Wilmington, VT. You will be greeted by a spacious first floor when you enter the home with pool table, fire place, huge dining area and kitchen! This 3 bed, 3 bath home is over 3,000 square feet so there is plenty of room for everyone. Take advantage of the Chimney Hill amenity centers indoor/outdoor pools, gym, arcade room and more! The Space: \*\* \*\* The Chimney Hill Clubhouse will be closed for repairs April 15, 2024 and re-open Memorial Day weekend.\*\* \*\* Please note the bedroom with the queen bed is considered a loft area and is not completely private. It has a privacy divider \*\* Fiber internet with great wifi for remote work. 5 Minutes from Lake Whitingham for swimming and boating, including the Marina where you can rent boats. 5 minutes from downtown Wilmington. 5 Minutes from the Mt Haystack Trail for a hike with great views. 15 minutes from Mount Snow \*\*The Chimney Hill Amenity Center is available for your use for the summer months. The amenity center has amazing features for your enjoyment including a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, deck and patio areas, hot tub, fitness room, four tennis courts, arcade room, kitchen and bar area, kids playroom, outdoor play area, theatre room, fishing pond, and trail systems!\*\* Other Things to Note: \- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. \- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds. \-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property.
