  • Welcome to our beautifully remodeled spacious retreat located in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to beaches, downtown, riverfront, shopping, dining, UNCW and medical centers.
    Come enjoy our open concept floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. A game room for kids to experience old fashion favorite video games such as Galaga and Mrs PacMan. Our outdoor patio includes a grill, plenty of seating, and a gas firepit!
    Our home is perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day.

Great stay for the weekend

Nice stay, everything was clean and kitchen has all the necessities you will need will big dining table. The neighborhood is close to a lot of things in town. The owner quickly responded with any questions we had.

Great location and spacious

We enjoyed the comfort and convenient location of this beautifully remodeled brick Ranch. We were three adult couples and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed conversing on the comfortable sofas, and got good refreshing sleep on the comfortable beds. Having the game room and a nice outdoor space to relax in were bonuses. The house were very responsive! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Wilmington Stay

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your location. It was so well kept and clean, and included everything we needed to cook for the group in the evening. I appreciate the early check in on the day of our arrival, as well. This was our first trip to Wilmington to tour venues for our daughter’s wedding and the accommodations made things so much easier! We hope to stay with you again in 2025 when we return for the wedding!

Family weekend

It was perfect for our weekend get away! Kids enjoyed game room and adults loved the outdoor space. The house had everything we needed and communication for check in was perfect. The basketball may need a little air but that is easily fixed:) Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back.

This was the perfect spot, only 5 minutes from my sons house and 10-15 minutes from everything. Whole Foods and Food Lion were right around the corner. Very peaceful neighborhood allowed for amazing sleep! Thank you Tom and Lora!

Peaceful Stay

We were in town to visit my son at UNCW. The property was close to campus in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a great space, and the arcade game was a hit with our younger son. There was an issue at the beginning of the stay and the owner found a solution very quickly. The grill could use some TLC, but that would be the only complaint. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxation

We stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend for a soccer tournament in the area. In our party were 2 mom’s and 3 girls (12-13 year olds). It was a great location close to UNCW and near many of the soccer fields. House was in a very quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Entire home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There were separate spaces to congregate, a nice outdoor space and plenty of parking. If you are in the Wilmington area for anything, I highly recommend this home.
