Ocean Front Condo w/Pool - Dates Available

Beautifully maintained 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with pool and WIFI. The unit is a second floor unit with exceptional views of the beach.

The condo has two queen beds. The master bedroom mattress and boxspring was replaced on 3/15/23. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has one full bath and a half bath in the master bedroom. Linens are included.

Beautiful views of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony has bar height chairs and table.

There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo, as well as an assortment of DVDs, books, and games to pass the time if you are unlucky enough to have a rainy day.

There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. There are also beach chairs, floats, and other beach/pool toys for your use.

The condo has an outside shower to clean off from the beach. There are washers/dryers in the building. There are no elevators.

Property only rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the summer.

The pool typically opens in early May and closes in late October. Please note that the pool may or may not be open prior to Memorial Day as we are at the mercy of the Town to inspect it annually.

Girls weekend getaway

It was the perfect place to have a friend get-away and be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night and see the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. It could use some work on the plumbing in the bathroom but nothing we couldn't deal with. Thank you for letting us visit your place at the beach.

Overall it was a great place to stay just the microwave according to one of my friends wasn't working very well And the dishwasher had some issues as well. But then again with the views and location was very nice to visit this condo

Great property!!

This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was accurately described on VRBO. Prior to booking and once during our stay, I contacted the property owner. He was quick to respond and able to answer my questions. We enjoyed this location…so convenient to the beach and a short drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked, beds/ pillows extremely comfortable, AC functioned well and most importantly the property was clean. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!!

Right by the beach

Cleanliness needs to be improved. We arrived to find a dead cockroach belly up in the bedroom. Trash under the bed. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in months. Besides the cleanliness issues, the location was very nice. Right by the beach. Pool was nice. Nice deck. Not too loud.

Very Good Deal

This property is a very good deal. Close to everything, you really don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Everything was clean and the views and closeness to the beach are as advertised. We did have an issue with the AC, but we called Greg the owner and he handled the issue immediately. He even called to follow up and make sure that everything had been handled. Can't beat the price for what you get here.

Beach Getaway

As advertised, we had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here. The condo was clean, had all the necessities, everything worked. The check-in was easy and check-out requirement list was short and spelled out. For us parking was easy, right outside the front door. The walk to the pool took at least 30 seconds. The condo is oceanfront and the stroll to the beach was all of 2 minutes. We especially loved the private baclony,enjoying a morning coffee with a clear view of the dunes and ocean. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Just wonderful ! Love this quieter end of the beach and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful View of the Natural Dunes & Ocean

The property is of older construction, but fairly well maintained. The access was easy from the condo parking area. Stair access only, so if you're staying on 2nd or 3rd floors then you have stairs to manage. We stayed at Condo 2F and the owner Gregory communicated quickly and accurately. The pool on the property is of decent size and very clean. The pool loungers and chairs were in great condition. The beach access is closeby and just to the left of the building, so very easy access. We noticed a grilling area to the right of the building but we didn’t use it. Others were grilling away there, cooking their dinner. All stores and restaurants are a short drive away plus the boardwalk isn’t far either. The condo itself has been renovated a bit but also older construction and appliances. Everything was clean and in working order. The AC unit is a bit loud in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The balcony had a small table and chairs. There's a nice view of the natural dunes and ocean. Our breakfasts and one dinner were enjoyable looking out at such beauty. Pelicans occasionally glide over the waves. Beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves is amazing. Overall we had a great time and will rent again in the future.

Check in was great and even got to check in early. Communication with owner was very good with quick responses. The unit had a great view and what looked like a great pool. The cleaning left alot to be desired as the bathroom toilet was disgusting. Alerted the owner immediately but no one was able to come clean. We would have checked out at this point but no where else to go on such short notice. We did have a half bath that we used. The shower would not drain and when shower was done the water was over our ankles. The sitting area furniture is extremely uncomfortable as it is an outdoor wicker patio set. The balcony furniture was old and rusted. The entire unit is very outdated. No bugs was a positive though. As I said owner was very responsive so that was a plus as well. I wish him the best in getting this unit up to what I consider par. Clean and comfortable. The parking is extremely tight so we used the overflow parking across the street. Not a necessity just our wanting no dents on our vehicle. Location is a very short drive to everything we wanted to do. FYI you pay to park EVERYWHERE in Carolina Beach.

We booked from May 5 through the May 11 of 2025 and it was absolutely great. The view from the balcony to the ocean was breathtaking. The walk to the beach was only less than a minute away lots of things around to do with your family very nice place to stay. And I would recommend my friends to stay and who knows we may be back. The condo was stocked above and beyond with everything you need.

Nice condo on the beach

My sister and I stayed for a long weekend and it worked great. We appreciated the space and supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was so nice. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I would go back to this condo again.
