Comfortable & convenient second floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front balcony
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.

Nice little place downtown Wilmington

Very pleased with our stay. The place was cute, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was how busy and loud the street was, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Would definitely go back there again.

Clean, comfortable upstairs 2br/2ba apartment with a front balcony off of the spacious living room/kitchen combo. My daughter loved having her own space and we both appreciated being able to run some laundry during our stay! Short drive from all downtown Wilmington has to offer.

Perfect place

We were in town for three nights and needed a nice spacious two bedroom with proximity of everything. This was the perfect place that was super clean, comfortable, and priced right. We could walk to downtown or easily drive to stores and the beaches. I’m trying to think of something that would make this place better and I just can’t. We will definitely consider this place for our next visit.

Reviewer Comments: the house was clean and cozy. two things, there was not enough linen and also there is a problem behind the house with ants. we arrived friday evening and parked both vehicles behind the house. they did not move until sunday morning when we left. both vehicles had ants all in them! someone needs to spray behind the house for that because now i'm having to get the inside of my car sprayed for an exterminator.

Everything we needed was there—kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and basic food staples. The Brita pitcher was a nice touch!Loved the hardwood floors, comfortable beds and storage cubbies in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and towels in the bathrooms. Off street parking was handy.We will come back! The only thing missing were a deck of cards or some games and we could not find a vegetable peeler but I get that’s been rectified by now!

Great house in a great location

Great property near everything in the historic district. The house was surprisingly roomy, and we found ourselves looking for reasons to go back "home" as a refuge between vacation activities on a hot late spring weekend. Noise notwithstanding, the inside and on the porch are very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities and even pantry staples. Parking was ample -- street and backyard. Lovely walk among the Historic homes to the water. I would stay again!
