This 1 bedroom condo came as advertised. It is right on the river with a spectacular view of the Wilmington waterfront and directly across from the USS North Carolina battleship. There is nice balcony to enjoy the outside, a full size fridge and a little stove although I did no cooking. The sink by the stove is a little small so don't expect to do any large scale cooking as the clean up and dishwashing would be a little tedious. It is in a convenient location within walking distance to myriads of shops, restaurants and breweries (Wilmington ahs a happening beer scene). The only glitch came on the 2nd day when my unit key code stopped working. They have you call an 800 number and the customer service representative couldn't really tell me when a representative could arrive to fix the problem. A little unnerving as I had to attend a wedding that afternoon. Luckily, after about a 15 minute wait, I was contacted by and on-site representative who informed they would arrive in 5 minutes, which they did. They got me back inside the unit and indicated they could text me the new code if I needed to head back out. I did and about 10 minutes later they texted me the new code which worked. There is a stackable washer and dryer there and they email instructions ask that you start a load of bedding before you end your stay. The inside instructions do not tell you to that. Would stay again if I ever come back to Wilmington.
