  • Nestled in the heart of the Historic District, enjoy stellar walkability to dining and attractions from this pristine 1BR condo. When you are not exploring the city sights, take a 20-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach.

    Start your mornings with coffee on the river-view balcony, offering views of Battleship North Carolina.

    Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)
