Our stay was perfect. The place was huge!..gorgeous and clean. Fully stocked and can’t beat the location, people watching from the balconies was fantastic! We will be back.
Wonderful! Comfortable! Clean! Well stocked! Perfect location! We were 7 women celebrating a milestone birthday and we could not have found a more perfect property! We rented both units. Large, uncluttered rooms. Comfortable beds. Comfortable seating. Kitchens had everything you could possibly need, along with more styles of coffee makers you could imagine. Large tables so that everyone could sit at the same table for meals and game playing. The sauna was an extra treat for some of us. Safe and easy place to go for long walks or shop if you prefer. We ate all our meals in, but could have easily walked to one of the many downtown restaurants. Our host was quick to reply to any of our various questions. We all agreed this was the best VRBO any of us have ever rented.
We were in town for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed and is an excellent location for exploring Wilmington. We used the parking garage behind the building and just left the cars there as everything was easily walkable. The building is an older building and the apartments have a lot of character. They are also well appointed with essentials and fun extras. We loved the vinyl and the record player!The host communicated well and made everything very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.
