  • Beautiful saltwater pool home with room for the family and fido! Just a short drive to area beaches, restaurants and shopping. 8.8 miles to Carolina Beach, 10.2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 8.5 miles to Historic City centre Wilmington. Close to parks and cross city trail, The Pointe at Barclay for films and restaurants. Home features a ground floor bedroom with King bed and attached shared full bathroom. 2nd floor features a second suite with 2 queen beds and private bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed across the hall from a powder room, and a loft area for hanging out or playing foosball. Upon entering the home you'll find 2 cosy living and entertaining areas that flow into the open kitchen and dining room which comfortably seats 6. Out back you'll find a lovely yard with salt water pool, palm tree, hammock and mature live oak. Choose from any of our many outdoor seating/gathering areas! Home is pet friendly for well trained dogs. There's room to park your boat!

The house was beautiful and had the perfect layout for our family of five. The kids had a blast in the pool, and everything was clean and well maintained. Our 16-year-old was even able to get a one-week gym membership at a gym just four minutes away, which was a great bonus. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

This was our second time staying here. It’s in a great location that’s quiet and has a great yard for our dog to run around in. We never got a chance to use the pool because it was too cold!

Relaxing family getaway

Our family had a great short vacation to the Wilmington area and very much enjoyed our stay. Pool was fantastic and the house was clean and comfortable for our family. Proximity to beaches and shopping/dining is just right. We look forward to returning.

Amazing

The house was great! The layout and set up is perfect for a family and the pool is AMAZING, especially for smaller kids who might not want to swim in the ocean just yet. Host were very communicative and the process was seamless.

Great responsiveness from owner and convenient location

I was thrilled that this property was dog friendly. I had to communicate with the owner, but she was very prompt in her responses. The property was extremely clean, which is super important to me. I would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed a few days in early October and enjoyed the pool, the home’s many amenities, and the communication with the host, Stephanie. We had our two small pups with us, so the fenced yard was a big bonus. It’s a short drive to Trolly Stop in Wrightsville, and to the Bellamy Mension/River Walk area of Wilmington. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Fantastic place!

The property was wonderful… clean and homey. The saltwater pool was amazing and especially beautiful at night, and we were close to the beach, restaurants, etc. A great house for family bonding! Would highly recommend Stephanie as a host as well. Communicative and responded to questions promptly.

Amazing stay!!

My family of 6 plus the dog had an amazing stay even with the storm. We loved the layout and space in the very CLEAN house! Stephanie was super responsive to messages. Check in and out was extremely easy. The kids lived in the pool and already want to go back. Would definitely book again!!

Thanksgiving stay

We had a wonderful stay in Wilmington - more than enough space for our family of four plus our dog. The property is lovely, the house is really spacious and very clean. Stephanie was communicative and helpful prior to and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Friendly, quiet neighborhood.

This property is fantastic! The location was perfect. My husband and I traveled with two of our adult children to check out apartments for our daughter. Our oldest son was in town with the band he does the lighting for and even though we had a long day of traveling we were able to pop over to the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and see him! We have friends that moved to NC and we were able to have a cookout with them to celebrate two birthdays. The pool and ping pong table were a hit. The only problem was not staying long enough! We will absolutely be back when we move our daughter down. Fred and Stephanie were fantastic with communication. I can’t recommend this property enough

Hidden gem on Hidden valley!

Great place to relax, and enjoy yourself. Excellent property, spacious with everything you will need for you stay ready for you! The salt water pool is the crown jewel. Close to nearby attractions and the beach is a few minutes away. The property is clean, and the host is on top of any and everything you may need. Five stars!!!

The home, the fenced yard and the pool made this trip a success!! We came to NC with our 2 Aussies, and had visions of walking the beaches in the morning, exploring some sites and then head back to the house in the afternoons for some pool time... But Rapp and Reacher weren't big fans of the ocean and beach walks..So having the fenced yard and pool were big hits for all of us, as we spent more time there than planned.. They enjoyed exploring the fenced yard and hanging out in the shade of the trees..and we truly enjoyed the pool, and the quiet neighborhood made for great morning walks! Getting around town was easy and the location made for quick errands, and back to the great kitchen and TV room area...for bird watchers, we saw a pair of Cardinals every day! Lastly, anytime we had a question, Stephanie was super quick to respond! A great time for us, and we look forward to the next opportunity to come back to Wilmington!

Pool time.

We rented mainly because of the pool and it delivered. It was cleaned twice a week so always looked inviting. We used it almost daily and enjoyed just lazing y it. Amenities were near at hand. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. All in all a very relaxing time to catch up with family.

Hidden Getaway!

My family, parents, and sister stayed in this house for four nights/five days. Check in process was so smooth and the communication from the host Stephanie was impeccable! The accessibility of the pool and house was top notch. We did our part in keeping the house orderly and still made it feel like home. The location of coffee shops and grocery stores was perfect! Safe and quaint neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Home from home in Wilmington NC

Our first impression of our “home from home” in Wilmington NC was how clean and welcoming it was. Second impression? The pool! A lovely relaxing space to return to after a day of site seeing in Wilmington. Everything was within a 30 minute drive or less. Our host made sure we were happy and comfortable without being over zealous. Our pup enjoyed the freedom of the enclosed yard and we all enjoyed the outside space for relaxation. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Great pool!

We were there in mid May with two dogs. What a wonderful time we had, the weather was warm enough to swim in the beautiful, clean saltwater pool. The house was spotless, the linens clean and the master bed so comfortable! There were some spices in the cupboard, but bring your own detergent. The house had everything you needed, towels, hairdryer, streaming services, etc. Wonderful location centrally located- we could get anywhere in 10 minutes. We had an Internet issue one night, and our host could not have been more on top of it, only to find out it was an Verizon issue, nothing to do with the house… Wonderful communication, great hosts. Thank you so much!
