Nice apartment in excellent location with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quiet and clean. Some nice touches like bottled water in refrigerator and small bags of chips on kitchen counter. Garage parking was a very short walk and the parking pass worked great. There were a number of small issues: 1) front door lock ‘sticky’ and difficult to open, 2) no place to work on a laptop computer, 3) floor-to-ceiling curtains lack the handy poles used to slide them open and closed, 4) bedroom lacks nightstands on both sides of the bed. These are small issues… I would stay there again.

Excellent Location!

Great stay at this charming studio in historic Wilmington. Within walking distance to all of the great activities, restaurants and bars. Very comfortable space and the extra thoughtful amenities were a very nice touch. Highly recommend this location.

Stayed one night in this charming apartment! The decor was smart, fun and awesome! The Barbarella poster made us feel right at home and the wallpaper was fabulous! Hosts went above and beyond, bottled water in fridge and a frozen pizza in the freezer! Never seen that before in a VRBO…such a nice touch! It came in handy for a late night snack! Hosts responded quickly to a minor key issue that was quickly resolved. We are out on the little balconyWe would love to come back and spend two days. Note: The bed is a full size. Not a problem for us as we like to snuggle but may be an issue for guests who need more space to stretch out!

Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.
