Welcome to the VeloWay Chalet, a cyclist`s dream destination! Nestled in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia, our chalet offers the perfect retreat for cyclists of all levels. Whether you prefer scenic paved roads or challenging gravel trails, the area surrounding the chalet is a true paradise for cyclists, with over 300 miles of routes to explore. After a day of riding, relax and recharge in our two-story home, with outside access to the upstairs and a cozy basement `Bike Cave` for cyclists. Our chalet is fully equipped with all the amenities cyclists need for a comfortable stay, including bike repair tools.

Just a few reminders:
1 - Pets allowed with permission, MAX 2 dogs, sorry NO cats.
2 - Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind
3 - Please do not move furniture
4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels
5 - Remember it`s our home, so treat it with respect
6 - NO parties or events allowed
7 - The grill is propane.
8 - We have a well system for water. Excess water usage may cause a temporary loss of water pressure. Just give it an hour and it will refresh. We are working on a remedy to correct the possible delays. Thanks for understanding.

A friend and I stayed instead of camping at the Yoga Jam. Pleasant place to go to sleep and have breakfast (provided) cereal and milk each morning. Planning on staying next year unless we can find a house with a hot tub.

A real treasure!

VeloWay Chalet is an ideal place to stay near Floyd, VA. It's really comfortably spacious for our family of 4 adults. We appreciated having the many bedrooms and really enjoys the chalet's modern decoration. We weren't able to appreciate many of the activities (books, games, outside fire pit) that they have there, but maybe we will another time. This house is really clean and well cared for. The details that are taken care of made our stay there very easy. It is really well stocked and has everything that was advertised or we could have needed. If we're looking for a house in this area again, my first search will be to see if VeloWay Chalet is available.

Great house about 45 minutes to Tech. Hotel rooms were so expensive fior homecoming weekend. We were so glad to stay here because we could all be together and fix a nice dinner after the game. We used the grill on the deck which was a really nice outdoor space. We would definitely stay again. The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. Be very cautious arriving after dark because the roads are like corkscrews. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house was immaculate, the owners are friendly, and the short stay we had caused us to run into Floyd County which was so quaint and lovely that I could seriously see me moving to the area one day. We’ll definitely be booking the house again!
