"Me and my Hubby started out here at this location. I lived in Knoxville, Tn and visited him. Stayed here and my hubby courted me, I found an apartment, eventually moved in with him. Got engaged, stayed here, got married stayed here. Now we are celebrating our one year anniversary together here. We love the location, staff! Amazing place. Amazing people. A special thanks to The night manager Micheal. He went above and beyond.made this anniversary very memorable and special. Thank you! We plan on spending every anniversary here going forward. "the whole place is honestly really great. the front desk people were really nice and helpful. the pool area is so nice, clean, and relaxing. the rooms/ hotel are really quiet. we had neighbors and only knew because we saw them. we never heard anything really except for the occasional car and airplane but that’s to be expected this close to the airport and with outdoor corridor rooms. the room was also super accessible. it’s really just run down here, but nothing is dirty, or gross; just old, dated, and a little busted up but that really just makes it a more endearing place if i’m being honest. we ended up staying an extra night because of the hours of a museum we wanted to see, and the front staff were super accommodating and helped us get a decent rate. i was hesitant to book at first because of some of the bad reviews, but i genuinely don’t understand why anyone who is practical about what they’re booking would leave a bad review. i’m really glad we chose to stay here and if we come back to the area i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. "

"We had a good 2 day stay. Breakfast was good and available at 6pm. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. Location was desolate as there had not been any races for two years. Surrounding towns were small but we found good restaurants. A lot of semi trucks and drivers were staying also. We went to see The Ark about 45 miles away so the price of rooms was good for us. "
