    This clean, 3-story duplex (2 stories plus basement) has been recently renovated and offers ample space and comfort for your stay.

    Main Bedroom (Second Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a designated workspace with a desk and office chair.

    Additional Bedroom (Second Floor): A second queen-sized bed.

    Third Bedroom (Basement): Two full-sized futons, ideal for extra guests.

    The home also features two full bathrooms (on the second floor and basement) and a half bath on the first floor for convenience.

    Family-Friendly Amenities:

    Entertainment: A 55-inch TV in the first-floor living room and a 65-inch TV in the basement, along with a variety of board games and a couple of video game systems.

    Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for guests who prefer to cook their own meals.

    Outdoor Space: A spacious deck that includes a hangout area and a grill to enjoy with family or friends.

    Accessibility:

    Please note that this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Access to the basement is via a sloped walk around the house, but the first floor is accessed by stairs from the front porch or basement, and the second floor is accessible only by stairs. Additionally, there are no support bars in the bathrooms or showers. We aim to ensure all guests are fully informed before booking.

This place was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfy! My daughter loved the gaming systems in the basement, and I loved the multiple plugs for charging things by the beds! Best VRBO unit we’ve stayed in, ever!

This property is an absolute treat! I have traveled the world and stayed many places. This property is cleaner than clean. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Accommodations were spot on! Everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, I slept like a baby. Owners were very helpful, although we didn’t need a thing once we arrived. Highly recommend!

Great Property

We had spent the day at The Ark Encounter and stayed at this property for the night. Just a short distance from the Ark which was perfect for the 4 adults in our party. We appreciated how clean it was and well maintained. Communication was great as well.

Third Monkey

Lots of amenities in the kitchen and new appliances. The place looks brand new and decorated beautifully. TVs in every bedroom. We didn't use the nice deck or grill.

WE stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. The lower-level sleeping futons were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of utensils available for some meal prep. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. That would be good information for any guests especially if there are any limitations for guests. Overall, this unit was excellent!

Nice place

I was a little surprised it was a duplex, but it was quiet and pretty, and had obviously recently been redone just for renting out like this, nobody lives there. It's extremely close to the Ark Encounter, and the little Main St businesses nearby were nice to visit as well. There was coffee, but no cream or sugar. Cooking utensils, but no grilling utensils. Only a couple seasonings, nothing in the fridge like condiments etc. So plan ahead with food! My kids loved that there were TVs in both living areas and the bedrooms. We would stay again! I would just be more prepared in ways since this is not a lived-in home normally. Lance was very quick to respond when I had a question too. Overall, it was wonderful!

This home was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the two futons down stairs were perfect for our two teenagers. Be sure to walk out on the deck in the evenings to check out the fire flies.The kitchen was well equipped including a griddle. The house came with excellent recommendations of places to visit and local attractions. It is centrally located to a lot of places within 45 minutes you can be at the Newport Aquarium, The Creation Museum, or the Louisville Slugger factory. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs as we were planning our trip and once we arrived. 100% we would stay here again if our travels bring us back to KY.
