Main Bedroom (Second Floor): A cozy queen-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a designated workspace with a desk and office chair. Additional Bedroom (Second Floor): A second queen-sized bed. Third Bedroom (Basement): Two full-sized futons, ideal for extra guests. The home also features two full bathrooms (on the second floor and basement) and a half bath on the first floor for convenience. Family-Friendly Amenities: Entertainment: A 55-inch TV in the first-floor living room and a 65-inch TV in the basement, along with a variety of board games and a couple of video game systems. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for guests who prefer to cook their own meals. Outdoor Space: A spacious deck that includes a hangout area and a grill to enjoy with family or friends. Accessibility: Please note that this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Access to the basement is via a sloped walk around the house, but the first floor is accessed by stairs from the front porch or basement, and the second floor is accessible only by stairs. There are 2 suggestions: Recommend grab bars for showers, just a safety measure. Also, the listing should indicate there are stairs up and stairs down to sleeping areas. It's extremely close to the Ark Encounter, and the little Main St businesses nearby were nice to visit as well. There was coffee, but no cream or sugar. Cooking utensils, but no grilling utensils. Only a couple seasonings, nothing in the fridge like condiments etc. So plan ahead with food! My kids loved that there were TVs in both living areas and the bedrooms. We would stay again! I would just be more prepared in ways since this is not a lived-in home normally. Lance was very quick to respond when I had a question too. Overall, it was wonderful! ##### Sarah S.
