The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of tools including a decent Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, full stove/range, a normal sized fridge. Unfortunately we were given less than one roll of paper towels, and no kitchen towels. We had a similar situation with toilet paper.
Lighting is stark, like the kitchen which has bare compact florescent bulbs, and most rooms had just one light. There was a large smart TV that worked well and an organ that you could play around with.
The yard is nice with a fire pit, and picnic table. It's very private being at the end of a long driveway, and next to the river and rail road tracks both of which are out of site. You can hear the occasional freight trains which I enjoy.
It's only a few minutes into Williamstown.
To me, the bed/mattress is about the most important feature in a rental. If you don't get a good nights sleep, it messes with your vacation. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star overall rating is that the beds had wimpy mattresses. I had a sore back in the morning.
Management was responsive. For some reason I didn't get the instructions on how to get into the house, but they answered the phone right away. Ditto for the wifi password.
