FIRE PLACE IS OUT OF SERVICE Come stay at this comfortable home away from home. The condo is very spacious and all on one level (no stairs), great for larger groups. We are located right on the Spruce golf course, with a beautiful view. Want to travel to downtown Traverse City? We are only 15 minutes away. Looking for a close place to the beach? We have that too, just 4 minutes down the road! All of Traverse City’s most popular wineries are only 15-20 minutes away. Horse show families, we are perfectly located for you! Perfect if you're coming to town for a conference at the grand traverse resort. We are the closest condo the resort, only a 3-minute walk.

Cozy-Perfect

The condo is beautiful-so spacious, clean and such a cozy feel. Everything was perfect for our family of 6. We had a few questions for the host which were promptly answered. Highly recommend!!!

Spacious, Comfortable, Convenient

We stayed for the weekend to spend time as a couples getaway. The home was so conveniently located to downtown shopping and dining, as well as the casino. We especially loved the spacious living area, fireplace and dining table, where we were able to play games and share a meal. Communication with the property owner was great too, responsive and timely. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect condo for a stay in Traverse City area

We stayed here as it was close to the Traverse City Horse Show. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures, beautifully furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Very close to the horse show and easily accessible to downtown Traverse, Elk Rapids and everything the area has to offer. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great Location

Great location on the resort - plenty of space for the two of us on a business trip. Right on a golf green so plenty of entertainment watching bad golf shots from the deck! 😆 The host was very easy to deal with and super helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend Away

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as shown. Quiet relaxing location close to Traverse City, wineries, Elk Rapids etc The owner is prompt when asking a question. We will keep this on our preferred places to stay when coming up north.

Beautiful Northern Michigan

Had a great stay for family wedding at Grand Traverse. Location of condo was walking distance to hotel, short drive to downtown and wineries. Very will maintain and clean. Enjoyed watching golfers from patio.

A Relaxing Break

Three friends enjoyed a mini-writing retreat here. The condo is comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The fireplace is inviting, and there is a lot of seating for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped. We each had a bedroom and shared two bathrooms. We enjoyed every moment, and although it was cold outside, inside we were warm and cozy. A GREAT place to get away.

Trip to Traverse

Had a great weekend with friends. The condo was set up perfectly for us to sit around the table enjoying meals and cards. The open floorplan made it very comfortable for everyone to be in the kitchen, or the living room and still feel part of the conversation.

Beautiful condo

This property was very clean and beautiful. Lots of space for hosting a family vacation. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans for cooking. It was located next to the Grand Traverse resort. Its in a great location. The only complaint I have is that the walls are a little thin in the master bedroom. We could definitely hear our neighbors getting up on the morning. That is the only reason I am not submitting 5 stars. Its definitely one of the nicest properties I've stayed at.

Great getaway in a fantastic property

We came up to Traverse City for a quick 3 day vacation. We have stayed in several properties previously in the area including hotels and other VRBO’s. We have grown to prefer VRBO properties with some space and all the conveniences of home. This condo is very spacious, quiet, clean, and well appointed. Great location on the resort property located a short walk to the hotel. Outdoor deck overlooks a green on the Spruce course and we enjoyed watching the golfers. It was just the 2 of us for the stay, but could easily accommodate families or a couples trip. 3 nice sized bedrooms, nice kitchen, and large great room. This is a great location to enjoy easy access to the resort, downtown TC, local wineries, casino, etc. Very nice property and we would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW

We spent 10 days at this condo while in the Traverse City area for a family event. The host was prompt with all our questions prior to and following our stay. Checking in and out were a breeze. No need to contact the host during our stay as everything was in great condition and just as pictured! Actually, it is prettier in "real life" than the photos. There was a lot of room for family to visit...including several seating areas. There was the living room with a smaller conversation area off to the side, a screened in porch/sunroom, the open deck, and the dining area. It worked out perfectly!!!!! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. All bedrooms were very nice size with comfortable beds and bathrooms were well appointed. It was SO nice to be in this quiet, beautiful setting in an area surrounded by nature. No street noise! We had easy access to Traverse City, Petoskey/Charlevoix, Mackinac Island and Leelanau county. Perfect location for our stay. Thanks for a special location for a special occasion.

Everything was advertised and in great shape. Plenty of room, huge TV's, warm fireplace, two bathrooms was a nice plus. Walking distance to the resort for our conference was also appreciated. It was the perfect place for our stay!

Perfect for our crew!

Property was updated and maintained very nicely. Location was right beside a nice resort with three gold courses. It was close enough to all the main Traverse City attractions without being crowded. I would recommend without hesitation.
