The space Enjoy the sunshine from our beautiful modern condo along a beautiful golf course with natural wooded setting. Completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances and equipped with all you need. Toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc are also included. Flat screen smart TV's (cable and WiFi included) in bedroom and family area. Full bath with vanity area and stocked with toiletries. Gas fireplace also available for use. This condo also features new flooring throughout and all new furnishings - perfect for you to relax upon. This is a ground floor unit with private entrance option that is a barrier-free entrance (no steps leading into private entrance). Short stays, weekly and monthly are available. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is less than 5 minutes away from this location. Traverse City is 7 miles away. Ample kitchen supplies and it was nice to have some spices, oil, coffee and tea, plus good cooking pans. There's a large Meier grocery store 5 minutes away. The host was responsive and got back to me quickly when we were looking for some items. If you are booking on VRBO, note to travelers that the location of the unit showing on VRBO is incorrect. It appears to be off the highway a little. However, the unit is actually right along a highway that can get very busy. We did hear traffic a bit but there were fans in the unit that helped cover the noise. We noticed that on the Bookings.com site, the unit location is accurate. ##### Cindy F.
