Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the 600ft sandy beach of East Grand Traverse Bay with a natural wooded setting. Completely renovated, our 1-bedroom condo at the shores is spacious and contemporary. Large deck to relax on. With a flat-screen TV (cable included) in the family area. Full bath with vanity area. Kitchen with microwave, mini-fridge, stovetop, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. This beautiful condo, bright and spacious, sits on Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground-floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US-31 and M-72.

Pool access: This is a wonderful location, regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place, only allowing guests who book directly through them or use it - even we, as owners, can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach, which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there.

There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.

You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌
