Including a convenient location several restaurants in walking distance that will surely make your vacation or business trip both, memorable and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms are positioned throughout the 2 floors to optimize space, comfort and privacy. The master suite is located on the main level; featuring a king sized bed, attached full bathroom, flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels, large walk-in closet and dressers. The second bedroom is located on the second floor; featuring a queen sized bed, shared attached full bathroom, flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels, large walk-in closet and dresser. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we had. Place was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Very convenient to the show grounds and also easy to get around the town. Property was spacious and accurately described in listing. It was perfect for 6 adults. Cons - The property was not cleaned well. Entry stairway and living room floors were dirty, sliding glass doors and Mst. Bathroom were also noticeable dirty. Found partially drank bottles of water in upstairs bedrooms. Could be due to the time of year, but we run into spiders and cobwebs throughout the unit. ##### Stephanie J. Family room rug dog-eared and a trip hazard. Broken handle on screen door was sharp and could easily cut skin. Porch light worked only intermittently. Dryer didn’t work. AC in master bedroom didn’t work. Wall clock didn’t work. Carpet soiled. Walls need cleaning. Would not recommend. ##### martin b. Everything worked as it should, and the place was spotless. WiFi and HDTV all worked perfectly. I loved the secluded and peaceful balcony with the adirondack chairs.
