Only my husband and I stayed in the property but it was certainly big enough for many more. It has everything we could need and we loved that the home is only a short drive away from great hiking at the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Prescott and Flagstaff. And there were great restaurants right there in Williams. All the TVs had Rokus so we were able to log into all our apps easily. Enjoyed our stay at the train house very much. The train house was perfect for my family! The house was warm and inviting, and very nicely decorated. We took the train to the Grand Canyon (def recommend doing that). The house is within walking distance to the Williams train Depot, and to all the restaurants and shops. The house was very clean. My kids loved watching the trains go by. House was well stocked with toilet paper, towels, plenty of pillows, blankets, and even had shampoo/conditioner and body wash for the kiddos. Home has open floor plan and had plenty of room for a family. Like most vacation rentals this one needs some tender loving care but was clean. Walking distance to the Train Depot. Super close to Williams downtown as well. If I have to say something about the property, it is the beds. The bedframe in the master bedroom is super squeaky that if my wife moved me and my daughter get woken up. In the other room, the metal bunk bed is also squeaky because it seemed that the bedframe is not bolted properly. Other than the beds, the house is great! Decorated with all train related decors. Check-in was easy and questions were answered promptly. The grill is in horrific condition and the white couch is getting wore out. There are no red chairs on the porch as in the picture. The location for convenience is great. Close to all the places to eat & the main street.I would say that the area is not the nicest.
