Although the room was basic, it was clean and updated with very nice finishes. For example, the bed was as comfortable as a hotel costing twice as much and the TV was also large with lots of channels. We enjoyed walking across the street to R&R Pizza. Excellent!

You get what you pay for! Room could use a good wipe down - the walls, baseboards, and shower floor are in need of some scrubbing. Breakfast was very simple. Pool was "closed for maintenance", which was a bummer for being so hot when we were there. Walking distance to food - we had dinner at RR pizza across the street and Double S Steakhouse across the road - both were good.
