The rooms are nice and look new. The carpet in the hallway and the rooms could be repaced. All in all a nice place to stay for a good price.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and lots of room. The rooms were however dated and needed better pillows on the bed and couch.

I had an amazing room on the top floor. It was a huge corner room with two large windows. The shower was a bit small for a large person. But apart from that it was excellent. Great location as well. Can highly recommend.

Good for business

Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. The bathroom was slightly small but doesn’t really matter for our trip. We arrived late (which I had announced early that day) which meant that we had to call a number on the door to be able to check in. Took me 3 times to be able to reach someone on the line that said they just started their shift and wasn’t logged in and asked me to call back in 10 min. They then called me back after 5 min. Very friendly guy that helped me with getting my key through a locked box and explained all I needed to know. Because I was arriving late, it was unmanned meaning i couldn’t get a parking spot which was quite disappointing but luckily found a parking spot down the street. Overall a great stay, just annoying to have to call several times and wait outside to be able to get in. However very friendly staff once I reached them.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Seepromenade kann man sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Großes Frühstücksbuffet wo keine Wünsche offen lässt. Bei Fragen ist das Personal immer hilfsbereit.

Frühstück ausreichend und frisch. Dusche war viel zu klein, in der Dusche keine Ablage für Shampoo etc. keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Gardinen quietschen wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist. Personal bei der Rezeption und Frühstück war immer freundlich. Leider kam das Housekeeping Personal trotz „bitte nicht stören“ Schild ins Zimmer.

Eine insgesamt saubere Unterkunft mit nettem Personal. Check-In war schnell und ohne Probleme. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber funktional und gut. Einzig ein leichter muffiger Geruch im Zimmer hat uns etwas gestört. Daher haben wir immer viel gelüftet. Einzig die NK empfanden wir hier als etwas sehr hoch (Parkplatz pro Tag 15€, Flasche Bier (0,33) an der Bar 5€,…).

Housekeeping betritt um 11Uhr das Zimmer trotz „Nicht Stören“-Schilds und fängt dann noch im Raum stehend mit dem im Bett liegenden Gast eine Diskussion über die Uhrzeit an. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, nicht einmal in Entwicklungsländern. Badezimmer in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Rezeptionszeiten stark verkürzt, Nachtportier abgeschafft.
