Nachdem auf Email , WhatsApp und Anruf nicht reagiert wurde habe ich FeWo direkt kontaktiert. Auf schnelle professionelle Hilfe von Mitarbeiterin Mariam hat er sich dann endlich per Mail gemeldet. Wenn man für 4 Nächte 500 kassiert ,sollte man auch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stehen.Es hieß ,ohne weitere Erklärung oder Entschuldigung das wir die Wohnung im EG bekommen und nicht die gebuchte in der 2.Etage.Dies fanden wir sehr schade ,da wir in der 2.Etage das Feuerwerk zu Silvester anschauen wollten und dies im EG nicht möglich war. Angekommen in der Wohnung war diese dermaßen ausgekühlt dass es 1,5Tage dauerte eine Wohlfühltemperatur zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war gut möbiliert und mit fast allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Jedoch waren die Bettdecken sehr sehr dünn . Aber wir hatten 2 Kuscheldecken dabei. In der Küche fehlten leider ein Brot-und ein Küchenmesser ,aber wir hatten ein Schweizermesser dabei ,das hat uns gerettet. Das Bett im Kinderzimmer war mit einer sehr harten Matratze ausgestattet und hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Die Türen in der gesamten Wohnung sind sehr vermackt und würden sich über einen neuen Anstrich freuen. Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2025 Verified ### 4/10 Poor #### Angie B. 10 Jul 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Schöne Ferienwohnung, Kommunikation sehr schlecht Wir haben die Ferienwohnung zu viert (2 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) mit Hund gebucht.Die Buchung erfolgte spontan für ein Wochenende im Juni.Die Wohnung an sich bietet alles was man braucht (inkl Waschmaschine, was gerade mit Kindern wichtig ist) und war schön hergerichtet. Ein Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt mit Deich in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.Lediglich die 2\. Etage Altbau war mit kleineren Kindern, Gepäck sowie Hund der mehrmals täglich raus muss etwas beschwerlich. Ansonsten gute und sichere Wohngegend.Nun das große ABER:Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist äußerst schwierig. Uns wurde nach dem Aufenthalt noch mal die Hundegebühr in Rechnung gestellt, die schon während der Buchung mitgezahlt wurde. Dies hat der Vermieter manuell gemacht. Seitdem kommen immer wieder automatisierte Zahlungsaufforderungen dass wir mit der Zahlung im Rückstand wären, obwohl eigentlich alles beglichen ist seit 1,5 Wochen. Das trübt natürlich den Aufenthalt von 2 Tagen im Nachhinein erheblich. Auf Nachrichten direkt über das Portal, sowie per E-Mail wird einfach nicht reagiert. Erst per Handy-Kommunikation wurde dann geantwortet, dass man den Fall prüfen würde und die Zahlungsaufforderung gegebenenfalls storniert. Auch dies ist bis heute NICHT passiert. Inzwischen wurde der Fewo Kundenservice eingeschaltet, der auch den Vermieter anschrieb dass die Hundegebühr bereits bezahlt wurde, auch hier keine Reaktion des Vermieters :( ##### Angie B.
