Very helpful staff stayed past the closing time to check me in, could not have done any better. Room has good amenities. There is a little cafe right next door where you can have breakfast. This is a simple road side motel but has everything that matters. Many thanks.

Wildwood hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in went very smooth although this was done with the lady bartender. They did not have the usual reception desk. Check out also went smoothly with the very nice couple in the restaurant. Room and bathroom were clean but repair needed to have the shower working. Cable for TV need to be redone and at least done along corners of wall. A very decent place to stay short term.

Mind blowing!. This hotel is in a quiet area . Exceptional hospitality, friendly staff who welcomed guest with a warm smile and greetings . Clean room . No disturbances at all . Great neighborhood.

Just a note that I would not recommend booking via an external booking platform like this as there's discrepancies between the in house pricing and the online pricing. You're best giving them a call and booking direct if possible! The ladies behind the bar did honor the price I was given on here but it caused a little bit of confusion. Hotel was dated but clean and comfortable, the attached saloon was good fun and the food at the restaurant was pretty decent and quick to come out . Service was excellent in all outlets, we even sat down for a beer with Gladys from behind the bar who was a hoot 😊

This is a historic hotel. The doors don’t always close properly, you will hear the train, and the town shuts down at 8pm. Those are the negatives. Now the positives. The place is immaculately clean. The staff is possibly the friendliest in Canada. The price is awesome. The bed was firm (good for me!). I will 100% stay here again. Highly recommend. Our dog loved it too.

I will be straight up Nova Scotian about my stay your not gonna find better people on earth than this place. It’s old school and awesome if you’re looking for modern plain crap don’t book it. Anything you need they are there. I had zero issues really quiet town and a breath of fresh air. Loved it and I told them I will be back again. Thanks.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant attached. Good A/C unit in room provided needed white noise as was located directly above bar facilities. Excellent for pets and very reasonable rates would 100% stay again.

It's an older building (50 years plus) but it's clean, safe and quiet. Quirky (check in at the bar) but that's okay. Kathy is amazing. She and her Mom have been working there for awhile. Amazing team. I'd stay there again.
