Centrally located to hop on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right around the corner. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of with restaurants, shopping and FREE nightly live music! This is the perfect home away from home to unwind. Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. Village of Richmond The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm. There is a gate at the neighborhood entrance. Push the red button for access. Front door code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your booking date. Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker. Amazon will not always deliver to the house and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking on the premises. Pets: We do not allow pets at this property. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent to you two weeks prior to your booking start date). Upon submission, you will receive instructions with where the golf cart key is located within the home. The cleanliness and organization of everything is very impressive and appreciated. While using the ice dispenser, a cube fell on the edge of one of the short glasses and it broke. I'm so sorry. I did find a set of 4 glasses that almost matched and left them on the counter with a note. Also, I had wanted to make a banana bread but there was no loaf pan and we like to wash our berries in a strainer (instead of a colander) so I bought those two things and left them there. I hope that's okay. The only thing I would like to have when we're there is a regular ironing board. Not that I plan on doing much ironing but the small, folding one is very hard to use. A coffee table for the living room might be nice. (We used the one from the lanai and returned it.)
