Everything you need is here even a golf car which is included to explore this amazing community. Just bring your toothbrush, clothes and maybe your golf clubs. Pickleball, Billiards, Shuffleboard, Bocce, so many activities . Or just relax and soak in the FL. Sun or sit on your enclosed lanai and read. You'll love this home. WASHER AND DRYER IN HOME.
