We have been to The Villages many times and we really liked how convenient Brownwood Square is to the rental property. We rented golf carts and enjoyed doing day trips up to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. We went to the Halloween party Friday night at Brownwood. It was a lot of fun! The home was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the enclosed lanai back patio which was large and we had a very nice view of the pond. There was more than enough seating for our family to enjoy the view and eat outside on the large patio table. We frequently seen an alligator who we named Guinness and we looked for him daily.
