It is located south of State Road 44 in The Village of Bradford, one of The Villages newer communities and is near many of The Villages newest amenities, dining and entertainment venues. The home is also located close to a beautiful walking and bike trail. Aviary Recreation Center is located less than 5 minutes away by golf cart where you will find a family friendly swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, billiards, bocche ball, darts, shuffle board and more. If you prefer, an adult only pool (30 years or older) is available at Bradford Postal and Recreation Center, which is a short 5 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of seating for an evening of enjoying your favorite television show on the flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests and a pocket hallway door provides privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Pool towels are also provided. The screened in lanai has a table with 6 seats to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end the day with a cold drink or barbecue your favorite steak and enjoy dinner. The house is in great shape and in a convenient location. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked.
