The King bed in master bedroom and queen in guest room both have new mattresses. There is a desk in guest bedroom. Kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, knife set, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials. Complete with extra bed linens and towels. Enjoy the Weber Spirit 2 Grill on patio. Also has a screened in Lanai with table, chairs and ceiling fan.
