The Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course is mere minutes away and is easily accessed by walking, biking or golf cart (golf cart rentals are available). Eastport, the newest town center in the Villages is just a couple of miles away and Brownwood town center, with live entertainment daily, is a short drive by golf cart or car. Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs town centers, both still in The Villages, are also a short car ride, or golf cart ride, from the home.
