- Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished in excellent condition. Perfectly located in the village of Fernandina, you'll be only a short golf cart (included with waiver!) drive away from the Bradenton Village Center, the Gilchrist and Manatee Recreational Centers, and the Bonifay Country Club, among others.
Property comes with everything you need including wi-fi, a gas golf cart, and a propane grill.
Villages activities include golf, pickle ball, tennis, pool , yoga ,tai chi, archery, billiards, etc etc etc.
This home just became available but won't be available for long.
Note: You may see the last day of each month as being "unavailable." This day is set aside for house cleaning. If your plans involve renting for two or more consecutive months, please contact me and I will make the cleaning day "available."
