This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. This pet friendly home comes complete and includes ELECTRIC GOLF CART, a bike, gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. It was very clean. The location was right down the street from the golf course and the pool. Very nice neighbors on both sides of the home. Our dog loved chasing the fast, little lizards. So not a vacation, and we were stressed out the whole time, but the house is quite nice, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a large screened back porch. We used the golf cart to go to Publix around the corner. You have to use a special golf cart path to get there, but I appreciated it because we were conserving gas to get back home. My only complaint is that the cost of our 4 day trip doubled at check-out with extra fees including a large cleaning fee, and I was still required to do a lot of cleaning myself as part of check-out (remove bed sheets and linens, run dishwasher, other requirements that didn't apply to us like cleaning the grill). On top of that was a huge deposit in case of damages, so I was extra careful about cleaning because I didn't want to get charged even more. It was more stress on top of an already stressful situation. ##### Ruth A. Reviewer Comments: The house is a very nice property. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. I would suggest a pegboard on the wall in the hall to hang jackets as there is no coat closet. The main problem is the living room couch and loveseat. They are too low and too soft, and not comfortable at all. The neighbors even said all the renters complain about it. I hope the owners will replace them soon, otherwise I probably wouldn't recommend friends to rent it. The dining set was nice. The golf cart was nice, but small for anyone over 6 ft tall. It is a nice location, very close to the pool. Down-home was very responsive in handling a couple of issues we had. ##### Marti H. The grill was filthy and ran out of gas but the property management came right out and exchanged the tank so they were great to work with. Very comfortable beds!
