You will have all you need for that perfect getaway! The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in a $500 fine. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FRIENDLY HOME. One Dog allowed, Please submit inquiry if you have more than one. Max of two. $150 Pet Fee per Pet. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Only issue was the king mattress needs replacing. We tried to sleep on it but couldn’t due to its poor condition which in turn impacted our vacation. But the style, cleanliness, location, and other amenities were very nice.
