    Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 19 and 20.

    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

    Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful bay and sunset views from your private veranda, along with Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, marble bathrooms, high-speed internet, and entertainment with premium channels and Netflix. You will also have access to The Grand's private beach, beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, BBQ area, and seasonal Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service.     Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

Love the views, the beach and the way everything is landscaped. And enjoy having the Star Bar so close to enjoy. The staff at the beach were so accommodating and pleasant, we were very impressed with them. Same for the pool. Front desk were also very pleasant

Great experience.

Great experience. Excellent. Maintenance was efficient with helping with fixing anything needed in our room - running toilet that at times wouldn’t flush, the lever of the shower was stuck. One minor improvement - the room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed the best when we first arrived, however that could be from the vacuum in the residence not working the best.
