"It was nice for an overnight stay after comedy show."

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property and both times we've had to have our room switched. The first time, someone was obviously smoking in the room. The windows were open and there were ashes in the window sill. We assumed it was the cleaning staff but the room stank and we didn't want to be blamed. They moved us to a new room. We needed to leave for dinner and didn't look closely around until we returned. This room still had a dirty wash rag in the shower, but at this point it was late so we just didn't touch it when we showered. We decided to give them a second chance as they are very convenient to my daughter's house, but no good. The first room was extremely hot and the thermostat was broken. Again they moved us. But again we left right away. When we returned we noticed there's was no remote for the TV. Then as we opened drawers to look for one, we found a dirty pair of boxer shorts left behind. Again it was late. They gave us a remote and of course we didn't touch the night stand. At this point we're requesting the cost of room be refunded. We will no longer go there again. They've run out of chances "

"The issue was the elevator was broke the whole time during every day that I’ve been there"

"Parking is very limited and there is no bar in this facility and also the elevator has been broke for over a week anyone who needs an elevator it’s a very inconvenience, especially for older people people with medical conditions or bad hips or legs. It’s not good. I’m pretty sure it’s been like that longer than a week."

"Parking is easy. The WiFi is ok. The staff is amazing. All rooms are cleaned on a schedule and not everyday. Breakfast is not good but you’re better off ordering out. There is no ironing board in each room. They have mouse traps under the beds and around the hotel and yes I saw a mouse in my room. Once it ran out I put something against the doors to keep it from coming in. I guess for the price you get what you get. I guess I’m just paying for the room itself and not the amenities. This hotel has connections to programs so at times you’ll see a lot of people coming and going. They have events mostly on the weekends but it doesn’t bother may stay as I don’t hear any noises. "

"The pool was closed to guests on Saturday and the indoor pool was one of the main reasons for reservation to this particular motel. There was a lot of litter on the outside of hotel."

"Bryan was wonderful to work with. We had some special circumstances regarding our stay and he was completely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. The house is on a quiet dead end street. The area seemed safe and we were able to take short walks without any worries. View of the river from the 2nd floor bedroom was wonderful. Watched osprey flying and ducks in the river.I would recommend this property to others. "

"The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking appliances. The house was very clean and had what you needed if you had forgotten anything, shampoo, conditioner ,soap, dishwashing detergent and kitchen soap, towels etc…. neighbors are very quiet. The only issue I had was when parking In the pad outback of the house it was a pain at times because others were parked in the alley making it hard to park or pull out of the parking pad "
