"What a great property! We had a great time enjoying all the amenities. The pool was fabulous, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day and everyone in our group took turns enjoying the pool table. The house is much larger than we expected and very well appointed. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve experienced. The owner was highly responsive when we had a quick question about the electronics. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Litchfield Park (near Phoenix) we would highly recommend this property. "

"The house was in poor condition- couch broken, wires hanging from the ceiling, toilet seat loose, curtain rod looked as it was pulled off and thrown back up askew, frayed rug, scratches on coffee table, broken remote, lots of dings on the walls, partially used water bottle in night table. The pool was dirty and full of leaves. We sent a message to the host right away and they said someone would be over to fix some things and make our stay better, no one showed up till 3 hours before checkout and then a guy cleaned the leaves from the pool and was peaking in the windows at 7AM."
